Service Description

We offer tools that focus on academic optimism and collaborative structures to transform the collective mindset in your school. Over a six-month period, principals receive training and coaching aligned with research-based practices, and teachers engage in a professional learning community to learn how to foster optimism and positivity in classrooms. The goals are to improve student self-efficacy and to build collective efficacy among staff members.
